For peak season, half term weeks and Le Mans events a deposit equal to the full amount may be required. We reserve the right to rebook rooms if the requested deposit is not received promptly. If deposit is made by bank transfer then the guest is responsible for all bank and currency exchange charges incurred. Cancellation charge: 8 days or more before arrival date: 50% of total, unless room(s) can be re-let. 7 days or fewer before arrival date, failure to arrive or visit cut short: 100% of total. Charges are payable regardless of whether a deposit has been paid. Damages, breakages: Damage to property and contents (other than normal wear and tear) must be paid for. |
