TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT OWNERS' DISCRETION:

Arrival time
Rooms are available between 4.00pm and 8.00pm on day of arrival. Guests must inform us of their expected arrival time.

Deposit
Unless waived, a deposit is required to secure a reservation. Rooms will be reopened to let if the deposit is not received promptly.
If paid by Paypal or bank transfer then the guest is responsible for any associated charges.

Balance of payment
We accept payment by French cheque or in cash (euros). We do not accept bank cards.

Cancellation etc.
8 days or more before arrival date: 50% of total due, minimum 50€ per room.
7 days or fewer before arrival date, non-arrival or visit cut short: 100% of total.
Cancellation fees are payable regardless of whether a deposit has been paid.

Damages, breakages and loss
Guests must pay for damage they cause to property, breakages, accidental or otherwise (other than normal wear and tear), loss of keys, etc.
