	Due to heavy demand for stopover accommodation near Alençon and the A28, availability for one night stays is limited during the peak season (May to September) and a specific room cannot be guaranteed.

Terms and Conditions

Arrival time

Check-in time for arrivals is from 4.00pm until 8.00pm.

Deposit

Unless waived, a deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Until the deposit is received we reserve the right to rebook rooms.
If deposit is made by bank transfer or Paypal then the guest is responsible for currency and transfer charges.

Balance of payment

We accept payment on site by French cheque or in cash (euro) only - we do not have credit card facilities. We cannot accept other currencies, credit cards, travellers cheques, etc.

Cancellation

2 months or more before arrival date: deposit refunded less 25€ handling charge.
8 days or more before arrival date: 50% of total price, minimum 50€ per room.
7 days or fewer before arrival date, non-arrival or visit cut short: 100% of total price.
Cancellation fees are payable regardless of whether a deposit has been paid and whatever the reason for cancellation.

Damages, breakages and loss

Guests are liable for any damage they or their children cause to property, breakages (other than normal wear and tear), loss of keys, books etc.
