Terms and Conditions

Arrival time

Earliest check-in is 4.00pm and latest 8.00pm - there is no access outside these hours. Guests are asked to provide an expected arrival time and inform us if this changes.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure a reservation. The amount will be advised at time of booking but is generally 35% (50% for Le Mans race events). Rooms may be reopened to let without notice if deposit is not received within 4 working days.
If paid by Paypal or bank transfer then the guest is responsible for any third party charges.

Balance of payment

We accept payment on site by French cheque or in cash (euro) only. We do not accept bank cards.

Cancellation

8 days or more before arrival date: 50% of total due, minimum 50€ per room.
7 days or fewer before arrival date, non-arrival or visit cut short: 100% of total.
Cancellation fees are payable regardless of whether a deposit has been paid and whatever the reason for cancellation.

One-night stays in peak season

Between October and April one night bookings are unrestricted. Between May and September we take one-night stays at one week's notice, or further in advance if the date falls in a one-night gap between other bookings. To enable us to accommodate as many requests as possible a specific room can not be guaranteed for one-night stays, but we try to match room preferences if possible.

Damages, breakages and loss

Guests are liable for any damage they or their children cause to property, breakages (other than normal wear and tear), loss of keys, books etc.
