Red Room

The Red Room faces south east towards the Sarthe; it has a double bed, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower and washbasin) and separate toilet.

The room can be equipped with an extra folding bed (200cm x 90cm) suitable for a child sharing with parents.

Alternatively, a baby cot (up to 24 months) with mattress can be provided, together with bottle/food warmer, changing mat, baby bath and booster chair. We do not provide baby linen and baby food, or kitchen access.

For guests' safety and comfort we cannot install a folding bed and a cot at the same time.

The Red Room is separated from the other guest rooms by the guest sitting room.   Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all rooms.

Please note that the house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Smoking is fine on the terrace or in the gardens.

Like all of the rooms, it has exposed beams and double glazing, with acoustic insulation for walls and floor.

The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and the bedroom has central heating.

Hairdryer, radio alarm clock, toiletries and towels are provided.

The view from this room looks south past the barn towards the woods and countryside below the village, with the garden to the left and right.

We have safe off-street parking and the barn provides secure covered parking for motorbikes (please ask in advance).
